First of all cut the lime into eights and try to remove the white part in the middle (tastes too bitter)
Place the lime in a rocks glass and add 2 tablespoons of sugar. Muddle the lime for 15 to 20 seconds, extracting the lime juices and combining with the sugar to create a ‘paste’.
Fill the glass with crushed ice and pour the Cachaça (go to your local liquor store and pick up a bottle of Leblon or Pitu) two shots should be enough.
Finally garnish with a lime slice and drink your fabulous cokctail with a straw!

Yum, this sounds delicious, though I've never heard of Cachaça. Thanks for sharing!

you can also try it with vodka - but with more ice and more sugar than usual! It won't taste the same, but works too! :)
