Best brazilian cocktail ever!
don't call it a mojito cause it's not at all the same drink!
It’s strong enough for a man, but sweet enough for a woman.

  • How to mix a mojito. Brazilian Caipirinha! - Step 1
    Step 1

First of all cut the lime into eights and try to remove the white part in the middle (tastes too bitter)

  • How to mix a mojito. Brazilian Caipirinha! - Step 2
    Step 2

Place the lime in a rocks glass and add 2 tablespoons of sugar. Muddle the lime for 15 to 20 seconds, extracting the lime juices and combining with the sugar to create a ‘paste’.

  • How to mix a mojito. Brazilian Caipirinha! - Step 3
    Step 3

Fill the glass with crushed ice and pour the Cachaça (go to your local liquor store and pick up a bottle of Leblon or Pitu) two shots should be enough.

  • How to mix a mojito. Brazilian Caipirinha! - Step 4
    Step 4

Finally garnish with a lime slice and drink your fabulous cokctail with a straw!

you can also try it with vodka - but with more ice and more sugar than usual! It won't taste the same, but works too! Happy
