Bourbon Chicken
This is a delicious change from the ordinary chicken.
The bourbon is cooked off so no need to worry about it being laced with booze.

Step 1Mix all ingredients (except chicken) in a bowl.

Step 2Put chicken in bowl & coat with sauce.
Heat oven 375 degrees.

Step 3Put into roasting pan cook for approx 1 hr.
Until chicken is cooked through.

Step 4Remove chicken & thicken sauce with corn flour.

Step 5Serve with potatoes & vegetables.
