Step 1Whisk together the butter, sugar and eggs until fluffy.

Step 2Whisk in the flour, cocoa and coconut.

Step 3Stir in the chopped Bounty bars and Sailor Jerry rum.

Step 4Spread out the mixture into a greased baking tray.

Step 5Sprinkle the top with coconut.

Step 6Bake in an oven at 200'c for 18 minutes and leave to cool.

Step 7Cut into squares and serve.
