We created these using old bottle caps. I made holes for the eye screws using an ice pick-type tool I found in the scrapbooking supplies. I can't remember the official name for it! Sorry! The eye screws hold the strings for the necklace. I tied a knot to hold the necklace together. I had various beads, papers, glitter, old magazines, etc for the teens to decorate with.
