Boston Cream Cupcakes
These are really easy to make & very tasty cupcakes.
They are filled with custard & topped off with chocolate ganache.
You can increase the recipe or decrease it very easily.
You could also add vanilla flavour into the cupcake mixture.

You Will Need

Step 1Heat oven 180 degrees.
Cream the butter & sugar together.

Step 2Add eggs one at a time.
Beat well.

Step 3Add flour & baking powder.
Stir to incorporate.

Step 4Divide the mixture between cupcake cases.
Bake for 20-25 mins until done.

Step 5Remove from oven & allow to cool completely.

Step 6Make the topping...
Heat the cream & chocolate in the microwave for approximately 2 mins.
Remove & cover with cling film.

Step 7Stir the topping until all chocolate is melted & mixed through.
Allow to cool.
Once cool put in the fridge to chill.

Step 8Cut a hole in the Cupcakes.

Step 9Fill with a spoon of custard.

Step 10whisk the topping until light & stiff.

Step 11Pipe topping onto Cupcakes.

Step 12Serve.
