You Will Need

Step 1So I forgot to take pics in the process, so here are just some more action shots.
First figure out how far you want the fringe to go around your legs
measure that with a tape measure

Step 2Next figure out where you want it to start, I did this by holding the fringe up to myself wearing the shorts and marked it off with chalk when I figured it out.
Next I took the shorts off and folded them in half so I could mark on the other side where they needed to start so that they would match.

Step 3Sew it on and you're done. easy peezey lemon squeezy....
