Basically my mom made the bag. I painted it with fabric paint and sewed a red button on it. Really simple!

It would be hard to do a how to,, shes just a very good drawer. And probli had a picture to work from?

Since it's a very linear drawing, it should be fairly easy to make it any size you like.
