Cut a rectangle ( 4x6cms )out of felt

Hem your rectangle and pinch it in the middle

Put a drop of glue in the middle of your bow and wrap another small (4x150 mms) felt rectangle around the glued part.Glue the end of the smaller rectangle together at the back.

Put one part of the bobby pin between bow and the small rectangle-voila!
