I really like Bob Dylan. So I found a picture I liked on photobucket and edited it. I drew my own picture and made my own stencil. My cost was cheap because I had all the materials at home. Also the time is really variant depending on how long it takes you to draw out the picture you want. Or if you cant draw you can always print out the image and glue it to cardstock.
