Just cut the top part off, sewed them over, added scraps of left over fabric as straps, really easy.

I Love this fix...I wonder how bad it would look if I did something like this by hand! I have so many big old T-shirts that I am attached to (or my husband's) that I cannot get rid of!) Nice duct tape (is it) fix as well!
