I got the recipe off of the ED SMITH website, i was amazed by the results so i thought i'd share it with you all :]

Ingredients

Project Cost
Reasonably Priced

  1. 1

Alright, so you need the following ingredients
< i was too lazy to write them all in the You will need box...>

    1 1/4 (300 mL) cups graham crumbs
1/3 cup (75 mL) butter, melted
    1/4 cup (50 mL) sugar
    2 pkgs (8 oz/250 g each) cream cheese, softened
1 can (300 mL) sweetened condensed milk
    3 eggs
1/4 cup (50 mL) lemon juice
    1 can (19 oz/540 mL) Pie Filling
2 tbsp (30 mL) orange liqueur, raspberry liqueur or water

  2. Step 2 2

In a small bowl add the melted butter, the sugar and the crumbs and MIX away

  3. Step 3 3

In another bowl beat the cream cheese until it is fluffy,
you can use an electrical mixer or good ol' muscle power

When it looks like this add the beaten eggs, the lemon juice and the condensed milk

  4. Step 4 4

It will look like this after you add everything,
    kind of lumpy :[
try mixing ti well to reduce most of thr lumps

i was lazy i left it looking lumpy.

  5. 5

Preheat your oven to about 300ºF (100ºC)

  6. Step 6 6

Now what you want to do is prepare the pan you're going to be cooking in

    Grease it well.

I wanted it to be easy to take the cakes out for the party, so i used a cupcake pan

  7. Step 7 7

Now get the crumbs and press them firmly on to the bottom on your well greased pan

the isolated brown bottom cupcake hole is what it'll look like

  8. Step 8 8

Now get your lumpy cheese mixture and pour is out the crumbs covering them entirely < not all the way, you just want to cover them with a thin layer>

  9. Step 9 9

Grab your pie filling, i used blueberry,
and pour half of the can covering the cheesy mixture

  10. Step 10 10

Grab your knife, or a toothpick in this case,
and create swirls with the cheese and blueberry mixture

you want to only swirl these two things, NOT the crumbs on the bottom

  11. 11

Pour the rest of the cheese mixture on top, and repeat with the swirls.

Add more blue berry filling on top if you wish, i used the rest of the can and didn't bother saving anymore.

  12. 12

I also don't like the rippled effect, so i covered the top with the cheese mixture

  13. Step 13 13

Now you wanna Bake the cake at 300ºF (100ºC) for 45 to 50 minutes or until done.

  14. 14

Take it out of the oven, cool it and then served chilled

  15. 15

Now if you bothered saving some of your filling, you can add the water, or orange liqueur and mix it.

You can then serve the cake with the sauce on the side :]

    I personally don't prefer this

  16. Step 16 16

    and TAA-DAA

    Instant <not really...> LOVE/BEST-FEELING-EVER- in your mouth

normal people call it cheesecake, i believe in giving it the proper respect it deserves :D

this is the mess it left behind... :]
