Blueberry Muffins
These are great eaten hot from the oven but are equally as good when cold.
They are really easy to make & are a great treat that only takes about 30 mins to make.

Step 1Mix the flour & baking powder together.
Add the butter.

Step 2Rub the butter into the flour mixture.

Step 3Add the sugar & blueberries.

Step 4In a separate bowl mix the milk, eggs & vanilla.

Step 5Add the wet ingredients to the dry.
Mix until just combined.

Step 6Spoon into muffin wrappers.
Cook in the oven for approx 20 mins.

Step 7Remove & allow to cool slightly before serving or allow to completely cool, if you can wait that long.
