A skirt with lace trim running around it. It has a waistband, side zipper, and darts.

ANOTHER WAY TO MAKE THIS SKIRT, which is easier, would be to take a current skirt and sew 2" lace trim around the skirt as shown in the video. It would be easier and a way to re-purpose a skirt.
