I made this blanket for my sister <3 I used fabric scraps that I already had. So I made a quilted front from blue and white fabrics, then for the backing I sewed two pieces of brown fleece together so it would be wide enough. I sewed the top and bottoms together, wrong side out, left an opening and turned it. Then top stitched the right side and finally I tied each square with yellow yarn. I am pretty proud of my self for making a awesome blanket with only things I already had on hand.
