Ok all, i'm going to have to get creative with the pictures since i didnt think to TAKE any as i made this before i joined this site. I've made tons of different types so be sure to share yours when you try it out.
Also, be forwarned, i am a horrid speller, so rather than poke fun, hows about we deal with it and move on. Cheers!

  1. Step 1

    Step 1

ok, so the first step of corse is to get your stuff together. I think i put together a nice collage of the random crap you'll need. I've also added a fuzzy navel to the picture, becasue crafting and cocktails are quite nice.

Not price wise, i made the subject for a little over 1.00 becasue i had all the other stuff laying around, and anytime you can get away with giving a present that someone absolutly LOVES for less than 2 bucks, well thats cause for celibration.. so make sure to have plenty of fuzzy navel stuff on hand.

  2. Step 2

    Step 2

Ok, now when it comes to making anything with hot glue, i sugest first laying down some newspaper or old cloth, or someone you hates jacket to work on as the glue tends to ooze out of the gun and that stuff is a B to get off of the carpet.. or maybe my glue gun just sucks, (shrug) either way, better safe than sorry

  3. Step 3

    Step 3

ok, so you want to first start with painting your picture frame black with the black craft paint, make sure to get full coverage becasue once the hot glue is on it will not be fun to try and go back and do it afterwards. You can use regular craft paint, or gloss spray paint, whatever is handy

  4. Step 4

    Step 4

Now, your frame is ready for some decorating. This is fast huh? yeah, i better see some creative stuff for trying to come up with random pictures for these steps for you. Heres to Google image search, without it i'd have one picture... and that, just isnt as much fun.

ok, anyhoo. start off first by gluing the safety pins to the frame to make sure they are secure, I put them on the corners on this one.

  5. Step 5

    Step 5

Once the safety pins are glued on the edges or anywhere else your little heart desires then prop the frame up how it will stand once finished and start doing glue drips all over it, blow on the glue as it drips for the drippy hangy partsso it looks like dripping blood. you can cut or break off the little hairy glue strands once your done.

  6. Step 6

    Step 6

Stop by the bathroom and find your bandaids becasue chances are, if your drinking, and using hot glue. you burned yourself. Hot glue hurts like a B, bandage yourself up, make another drink, and get to your last step.

  7. Step 7

    Step 7

So now that your glue is dry get to painting that lovely blood. I used a red, as well, its blood after all, but your could use green for alien looking ooze, or even white for like, snowy stuff. Your imagination is your only limit. I used a basic brush to paint it, then dry brushed some red on the black parts of the frame as well to give it a more finished look.

This one is an 8x10 i made for a matching set with the 5x7 in the main picture. You can get really splattery with the blood or just do plain drips.

Now get to it!!! Go get your glue on. And share your pictures of your hot glue picture frame creations!!
