super easy and fun,
get some 3mm Flatback Round Faceted Rhinestones, any color you choose,
i chose chrome for mine,

some super glue! and a pair of high heels,
heels only cost like 5 bucks at rue21,
all together i spent about 10 bucks on the entire project!
i also painted some sparkley nail polish over the rhinestones to add
a hint of color when the light hit the heel, since the shoes themselves are pink!
