Based on Blackberry Jam by Lucy F.

the picture is not the jam i made, i forgot to take one but I made a really easy blackberry jam for my aunt on christmas.

takes 10minutes

4cups blackberrys(or any kind of berrys)
1 1/2" cups sugar
jar of some kind

makes 2cups when done

put berrys in sauce pan on stove (about med/high heat)

mash them

after they are mashed add the sugar

stir and turn down the heat to about med

stir every now and then for about 7 minutes
dont cook over,only needs 7minutes!
(it will look alittle runny but after it cools down it will get thicker)

then you put it in the jar.

it only last for about 2 weeks since there is no preservatives, but it everything taste better when its made fresh
