Pre heat your oven to Gas mark 4 or 180 degrees c.

Make the base.
Put the four ingredients ( 50g butter, 75g caster sugar, egg and 115g self raising flour)in a bowl and mix for 2 mins until smooth.

Now carefully spoon this mix into your lined tin, ensuring you cover the base.

Arrange you sliced apples and the blackberries on top.

Now make the crumble.
In a bowl rub the 75g SR flour with the marg until looks like bread crumbs.
Stir in the cinnamon and 25g caster sugar.

Carefully spoon the crumble over the top of the apples and blackberries.
Put in the oven and bake for 1 hour.

Once cooked LEAVE in the tin for 10 mins.
Take out and remove lining paper.
Serve hot or cold.
