Make an classy chandelier - the cheap way!

I've always wanted a chandelier... Unfortunately, the *cheapest* one I could find was $50. Then I remembered a tutorial from a home decor DIY book that my mom never used, so I took up the challenge. It came out smaller than I imagined, but I plan to make a bigger one by doubling the measurements. I also plan to decorate it with glass beads later, to make it more elegant. :)
