I need fascinators for to take a touch of glamour.
I bought principally:
-a base in shape of helmet, that you can cut as you want.( I bought this in a costum shop)
-different feathers
-rigid net tulle
-fabric tulle (to cover the base)
- a brooch ( that I bought already done)
-thread sequins
-lace ribbon (for the edge of the base)
