Made for a friend attending the Phoenix Rising Masquerade Ball, this was done entirely in black.

Remove elastic from mask and lay mask on paper to protect work area
-
Glue mask to 12 inch wood dowel at one corner with glue gun let dry
-
Spray mask with spray glue
-
Shake black glitter on sprayed mask and let dry
-
Arrange black feathers to same corner as dowel
-
Arrange black ribbons and/or string of beads and glue to same corner of mask as dowel over feather ends. Let dry
