Black Glitter Heart Necklace
This was so easy & cheap to make. The heart came from an old pair of earrings that were just too heavy on the lobes...LOL! The chain came from Big Lots clearance bin for 79 cents. A little glitter and Voila, a new necklace that rocks!!
