You Will Need
Sewing Machine
Hand-sewing
Needle & Thread
(if using sew-on rhinestones)
18 in
of 3/4" wide black
Satin Ribbon
Scissors
Black
Rhinestone(s)
(I used rhinestone grommets from the scrapbooking section of the craft store, and some sew-on rhinestones)
Scribbles fabric
3d Paint
in Shiny Black
Piece of stiff black
Felt
Fray Stop
or lighter

Step 1
Cut piece of felt in a shape like a jellybean, about 4.5" wide by 3" high. (not pictured)

Step 2Either hand or machine-sew ends of satin ribbon onto front sides of felt.

Step 3Hand-sew jewel embellishments...

Step 4(and/or attach rhinestone grommets) onto felt.

Step 5Use Scribbles paint to dab tiny little dots around each rhinestone embellishment...

Step 6- and then outline the entire bib.

Step 75. Allow to dry 24+ hours...

Step 8then cut ribbon in half and treat cut ends with Fray-Stop or an open flame to seal.

Step 9Tie around neck, and wear like the little Devil you are.:-)
