Black Embellished Bib Necklace ("The Sinner")

Instructions
You Will Need
- Piece of stiff black Felt
- Scribbles fabric 3d Paint in Shiny Black
- Black Rhinestone(s) (I used rhinestone grommets from the scrapbooking section of the craft store, and some sew-on rhinestones)
- 18 inch of 3/4" wide black Satin Ribbon
- Scissors
- Hand-sewing Needle & Thread (if using sew-on rhinestones)
- Sewing Machine
- Fray Stop or lighter
- Project Cost
- Reasonably Priced

Cut piece of felt in a shape like a jellybean, about 4.5" wide by 3" high. (not pictured)

Either hand or machine-sew ends of satin ribbon onto front sides of felt.

Hand-sew jewel embellishments...

(and/or attach rhinestone grommets) onto felt.

Use Scribbles paint to dab tiny little dots around each rhinestone embellishment...

- and then outline the entire bib.

5. Allow to dry 24+ hours...

then cut ribbon in half and treat cut ends with Fray-Stop or an open flame to seal.

Tie around neck, and wear like the little Devil you are.:-)
