I bought a pair of silly ruffled panties because they were $2.99 on sale. I never really wore them, so I decided that I would cut out the sides, stitch them together, and have some sweet cuffs that I could wear with a lot of different things.

These were super easy because they already had elastic at the top and bottom, so I only had to sew a straight line!
