Lump off mom!
I saw a bandana skirt a looooong time ago and finally made one for myself. If you have a sewing machine it probably won't take you that long. It just took me a while because I don't have one and I only worked on for a little bit each day. I also didn't have a pattern, but it was easy. Just line up the bandanas sew together and gather it over the elastic.
