I fashioned a jump ring on the mermaid charm so that it would hang from the necklace.

I attached the mermaid charm to a small piece of chain that will hang on the center using the black rings.

I beaded two jewelry pins with the green seed beads and then attached them to each end of the short black chain.

At the end of these I attached thin jewelry wire and beaded them with more green seed beads.

I attached black clasps to the end of each wire at the desired length.
