I wanted something neon, but I didn't want it to be blinding 80s neon, sooo... here's the result.

I used highlighter pen to colour the yellow and blue and also framed it with gold so that it looks rather classy.

There were two problems that I had: 1. The poster paint that I used couldn't be sealed with PVA glue, it kept on smearing. I finally coated it with clear nail polish. 2. It took the poster paint sooo long to dry.

But all in all, I am very, very satisfied with the result. :3
