Okay, so if someone tells you they don't like cake and it is their birthday a biscuit cake is the perfect solution, i believe i filled it with sweets. And it was very good to dip in tea. To make the windows when you are baking your biscuits cut out window shape and them smash up some boiled sweets (preferably with a hammer) then put the bits in the holes and they magically melt and form windows when you bake the biscuits.
