Cute! No need to cut out little triangles around your cookie tho...just use a toothpick to press in your indentations all the way around...makes them smooth, circular, and uniform. It's what I always do when I make my biscuits and cookies out of clay! Will have to try Fimo soft, though - so far Japanese air-dry resin clays have been my material of choice when it comes to simulating whipped cream; perhaps Fimo will be something comparable here in the US...
