You Will Need

Step 1Place a feather in the bottle; you may have to cut it down to fit.

Step 2Apply a small amount of glue around the cork (I used E6000) and place in the bottle.

Step 3Separate the chain into a 10" piece and a 16" piece. Attach the head of the owl charm to the short chain and the tail to the long chain.

Step 4String the bottle on and attach the lobster clasp to the end of the chain.
