Apply a coat of white nail polish. After the coat dries apply another coat of white nail polish very neatly because this will be the canvas!
It's better to draw the design on a piece of paper including the colors for each part. Here's a picture of what I drew.
Start with the blue nail polish. Apply a coat of blue nail polish for the sky. Then do the greens and then the wires. To paint the birds I used a black gel pen to trace the outlines of the silhouette body. Used a small paint brush and applied black nail polish to fill the traced birds.
For the thumb nail draw a bird as if it's flying towards the other birds on the wire. Paint the background similarly (only you have to start from a corner). Use gel pen to draw the outline of the bird and apply black nail polish with size 0 paint brush to fill the silhouette. Done, enjoy!
