Use a hole punch to punch out little circles of felt.
Lay the felt dots neatly at the start of the sticker maker and carefully pull the sticker through. (If you don't have a sticker maker, you can apply the bindis with make-up, such as clear eyeliner - skip forward to step 4.)
Trim the sticker off and then press down on top of the cellophane sheet, making sure the felt dots are secured before removing it.
Take a glitter glue pen and carefully place a dot of glitter glue on top of each felt dot.
Place a small seed bead on to the glitter glue of every dot and allow to dry.
Wear the bindis on your head and around your eyes, play around to get a pretty look.
