Step 1
Take the tube and cut it to the length u need for the belt. I made a pants belt but u can make a waist belt, i think it would look awesome.

Step 2put it around your hips and cutoff enough length for a bit of safety pin to show. attatch the saftey pins to one end

and your done! Just clip the ends together and thats it! :D
