From about 20 bangles you can make a larger colorful bangle, a tube toy for a small animal (hamster), or a pencil jar. If anyone manages to put their pet rodent in it, PLEASE take a picture. I wasn't able to get Alex The Hamster in it.

Put glue on one bangle and stick it to another bangle.

After you glue 2 or 3 together you have the first project done: A BIGGER BANGLE! (make sure you wait til it dries until you wear it; I got glue on me :P)
If you choose to make the small animal tube toy or the jar continue reading. -
Repeat Step 1 until all your bangles are glued together. If you stop now, you have the second project done: The small animal tube toy done. Wait til it dries until you put your pet hamster, rat or mouse in it. (My hamster wasn't awake when I finished this I and I didn't feel like waiting for him).
Continue if you want to make the jar. -
On the cardboard, trace your tube structure with the pen or pencil, then cut the circle out.

This will be the bottom of your jar, so decorate it how ever you want. You can see, I didn't do anything special with mine.

Glue the cardboard circle to the rest of your glued-together bangles. Wait until it dries, then put some pens, scissors, or whatever in your new jar.

i like the idea, but i wouldnt put it with rodents, since they continuously chew and many glues tend to be toxic to small animals.
