Snazzy Necklace for Valentine's Day
A very snazzy necklace for Valentine's Day or any other time!
To be really festive, use red pink, and clear gems plus Valentine's print fabric.
I was inspired to make this because I saw it at a store for $50 and said, I could make that! So I did, and now I'm sharing it with you. :)
