I made this frame for a friend. I am decorating her bathroom for her, and these are the colors. :)
I used a thin roller for the stripes, and stamps for the names. I cant remember what it was called that I used for the lacy look. I just know that I affixed some lace to the painted frame and spread the stuff over it. When it came out, it looked like this. Gorgeous, huh?

Jasmin, that might be it, i'm not too sure though. I just know it was in a fairly small jar and was pretty thick. It was an off-white-bordering-on-tan sorta color.
