start by rough chopping the green onions, jalapeno peppers, garlic, and cilantro -- now toss into the food processor (a blender works well too).
-
open up the canned tomatoes and drain most of the juice from the can -- add tomatoes to food processor
blend to your liking, add a dash of sugar and lime juice, pour in bowl! -
salt and pepper taste.
