So delicious it'll BLOW YOUR MIND!
These are so quick and easy to make that I end up making them far too often, and now I'm a bit fat...
Everywhere I looked for a mug brownie recipe they gave weird measurements, I have given them in teaspoons as I like to use the same spoon for making and measuring as I do for eating - less washing up!!

Ingredients
- 4 tsp Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
- 8 tsp Granulated Sugar
- 1 dash Salt
- 1 drops Vanilla Extract
- 4 tsp Water
- 8 tsp Plain Flour
- 4 tsp Butter

Add your butter to the mug. Pop this in the microwave until it has melted.
(time will vary depending on strength of your microwave) -

Add water and drop of vanilla extract to butter and then mix.

And your pinch of salt and stir in all your other ingredients one by one to make a nice batter. Make sure there are no lumps of dry ingredients!!

Pop it in the microwave for 60-90 seconds (depends on strength of microwave)

Remove carefully, allow to cool for a few seconds, then enjoy!! =DD
