A boozy frozen treat for a hot summer day!
Somewhere between a dessert and a cocktail, I went a little outside the box for the unique cocktail mixing together Chambord with frozen berries, vanilla vodka, creme de cacao blanc and cream to make a frozen cocktail.

Step 1Place all of your spirits, cream and frozen berries in a blender.

Step 2Blend together until smooth.

Step 3Pour in to a tub, place a lid on top and freeze for around 3-4 hours.

Step 4Remove your cocktail from the freezer and use a fork to crush the drink up.

Step 5Pour in to a margarita glass and serve with a straw and three glace cherries on a cocktail stick.
