I was working on my mask with aluminum and I realized that I could use aluminum to make the ears bend the way I wanted them to. Just like Eartha Kit's in the original Batman tv show. These were PUUUUUUURRfect!!

Project Cost
Cheap

  1. Step 1 1

Start off with some aluminum. You want a pretty big piece so i comes out thick. You can draw a triangle on it with a Sharpie if it helps.

  2. Step 2 2

Shape it into a triangle. But you want the bottom kind of wide.

  3. Step 3 3

Sew a square piece of clothe, around the triangle.

  4. Step 4 4

Fold in the cloth and keep sewing. It's okay if it doesn't look clean, this will end up being the back.

  5. Step 5 5

After you're done sewing it the back should look like this.

  6. Step 6 6

The front will be smooth and clean and should look like this.

  7. Step 7 7

now what you want to do is fold a part of the bottom towards the back of the ear.

Then turn it over, have the front of the ear face you, and you want to slightly fold it down the middle to give that hollow caved in look.

It should stand up, just like the picture.

  8. Step 8 8

Make another ear and your done.

  9. Step 9 9

To put them in your hair, all you have to do is use some bobby pins. slide them over the small flaps you made on the back of the ears.
