Bellatrix Lestrange Costume

There was a Harry Potter event nearby, so I took an old dress and sweatshirt and a sharpie and made Bellatrix's costume!
I love Bellatrix's dress, and I love her in the movies (not so much in the books) because I adore Helena Bonham Carter. I took an old velvet black dress I had in my closet, cut the short sleeves, and took a silver sharpie to it to make the swirls. I then got a black sweater, cut off the sleeves, and attached them to the dress. More swirls!! The corset is from a Lolita dress I ordered online a few years back. To top it all, black tights and knee high black boots. I didn't have a wand, so I just used the Voldemort wand pen. However, since then I went to the Wizarding World in Orlando and bought Hermione's wand. I can just say I stole it off Hermione >:]
