You'll need a whole chicken, butter, McCormick roasted garlic, half a can of beer/ dr.pepper/ mount dew/ any drink really,poatoes, and durkin chicken stand.

Take whole chicken and remove everything from the inside where you can see straight through.

Take the beer/ dr.pepper/ mount dew and and cut the top of the can off

then take the can and put it in the stand

take the stand and put it in a 9 in pan

take the chicken and stick it on the the stand through the button of the chicken

cut potatoes up into small triangles and places them around the bottom of the stand

then take the McCormick roasted garlic and herbs seasoning and and cover the chicken and potatoes the amount depends on your likings

cook on 350 for 3 hours

then enjoy your beer butt chicken
