A beady little buddy!
I made this dragon myself by hand, but the design/pattern for this dragon is owned by ChimeraDragonFang on Deviant art and she has graciously posted the full tutorial for any and all to use as they wish, as long they credit her work :) I created a tutorial for making the wings with wire.....it's not very good, but it's not too hard to follow. You can use needles and thread OR wire to make this.

The wire and needles will at times get caught and you will pliers to pull them through
