Just paint both sides of the bottle caps and cover with modge podge or other coating, punch holes in the sides and connect with eyelets and jump rings. for the closure i bent a paper clip in the shape of the hook and punched a giant hole in the last bottle cap.

optional: i used paperclips to make my jump rings instead of buying them
