This looks like a basket, as it is woven, and it was a pain in the butt to do, haha.
It is just twine wrapped around a cat toy foam ball.
I think it is technically called a planar knot, and knots have always fascinated me, so I decided to find out a way to do this. It took SEVERAL attempts to get right. And I'm quite happy with how it turned out, but I don't have the fondest idea what to do with it hahah
