Crooked and yet so useful
Me and my friends have been collecting coffee bags for quite some time already. Finally I got the inspiration to actually do something with them and not just collect, open, wash and store them. :P

These bags are aluminium on the inside and plastic on the other. Weaved in traditional birch bark basket technique.

I'm quite satisfied with this. Got through with it with only few curses and ended up little crooked but usable. This is about 16cm x 17cm from the bottom and about 25cm high. Ok for storing some of my yarns. :)

Will do some more when I again get this odd urge. :)

I really love the color of those coffee bags. I thought you did the same weave as the candy wrapper purses. Which I did that method with Capri Sun pouches to make a purse.
