    Finishing
    Weave in ends.
    Gently press pieces.
    Body and head
    Using mattress stitch or backstitch, sew the side edges together to form the back seam. Sew together the edges on the top of the Head. Insert stuffing and sew the bottom seam.
    Neck
    Using a length of yarn without an end knot, insert the tapestry needle at back seam, just under the first row of increasing for head. Weave the needle in and out of stitches around neck, pull tight and tie a double knot, then sew in the loose ends.
    Arms
    Sew the side edges together to create the back seam. Insert stuffing and sew up the top opening.­ Using the same method as that described for the Neck, add wrists 3cm (11?8in) from the fastened-off stitches. Using the decrease stitches on the shoulders as a guide, attach the arms to the Body.
    Legs
    Fold the cast-off edge in half, then sew together the cast-off edge and back seam. Insert stuffing and sew up the top opening. Attach the legs to
    the Body.
