for this you will need a selection of three colors or pony beads, stretchy string of your choice and scissors.

pick two colors of beads and make a single strand big enough to fit your wrist comfortably, in a pattern of two, one, two as he picture shows.

starting from a single bead (in my case one of the white ones) and string three beads then thread through the next white bead.

repeat this until you reach the white bead you started with.

thread you string up through the pink and white bead to start the next row.
Continue repeating this until you have four rows.

once you have four rows completed string two pink beads and thread your string through the next white bead.

repeat this all the way around to finish the base cuff and tie it off.
