if you know one stich crochet, this is really easy.
just crochet the wire, and add a shoe every six or seven stiches, then braid three of these together.
my necklace looks rather silly, and I'm not sure if Im going to wear it or not, but its colorful and bright!

That's very cool and original! I love how crocheted wire looks but DAMN it hurts your hands after awhile! I tried to wear gloves during a project once to protect my hands, but the gloves were too bulky. The gauge of wire might have been too big but I hate getting thin because I'm afraid it will break.
